Privacy Statement
Limitation of Liability

Our privacy statement is a direct reflection of the value we place on relationships; with our customers, partners and the communities we live and work in.

Elizabeth Holmes Travel.com is not an e-commerce site. We do not exchange information with other sites, nor do we gather, sell, or otherwise share your contact information. In the event you link from our site to another site, your experience will be governed by the terms of use/privacy policy of that site.

Currently our site exists as a means to expose you to a wide array of travel possibilities. We believe there is no substitute for personal interaction. How you like to travel, including all the little details, where you prefer to sit, even the time of day, are highly personal. And our motto is “first class service at discount prices.” We are committed to finding you more than just great fares. We are committed to finding you what you want, when you want it. To that end, we believe there is no substitute for a conversation. In a few minutes we can discuss the possibilities and help you narrow the choices.

For now we encourage you to call us at 800 588-8361 or 206 547-8361. In the near future we will add an email response component, and in time, the opportunity to enter your preferred itinerary with pricing feedback.

For now we think of our site as a brochure. A mechanism to provide information, expose you to rapidly changing fares and to give you a snapshot of all the services we offer.

Elizabeth Holmes Travel, Inc. is a licensed travel agent. Our Washington State Seller of Travel number is UBI 601-796-165.

Airfares and pricing policy
We attempt to provide you with the most current fares available. Given the volatility of airline pricing we make no warranty, express or implied, that the fares mentioned will be available. They are published as a guideline for “typical fares” during that time. There may be times when fares will be both higher and lower than suggested here.

Reminders and limitations of liability
Promotional Fares – Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. A change in carrier (s), flight (s), times (s), date (s) or routings could result in a carrier demanding a full fare.

Air Fares – Fares change frequently and information may be obsolete in a short time. Also, information given in good faith from quick reference sources or from airline quotations may turn out to be incorrect. The fare printed on the ticket is the binging price. Be assured that we look for the most advantageous fare.

Insurance – We have travel insurance available at reasonable rates for flight, sickness/accident, baggage and trip cancellation. Medicare does not cover expenses outside U.S. It is important to have proper coverage and we will be most happy to assist.

Refunds – from airlines, tour companies, cruise lines and hotels will be made to our customers only after the monies have been received from these sources by us. Refunds, reissues and/or cancellations are subject to agency’s professional fees as well as fees charged by suppliers.

Travel Documents – International travelers are reminded to have their valid passports with them as well as visas and/or tourists cards, vaccination certificates as may be required by our itinerary.
